2023-2024
Technical Designer at XRLab
I was hired as a Technical Designer and worked on multiple projects at a time. These were client based projects which usually involved creating a VR solution or simulation of a social or medical issues. My work was vary varied and worked in pretty much every field; Artist, Designer and Engineer. From modeling and texturing, animating, Motion Capture, Coding, making design decisions, and diving deep into Unreal Engine for optimizations to run these experiences on Standalone Oculus VR headsets (Quest 2 & 3).
This year encompasses an incredible amount of work so please have a look with the more info button below.

This game was meant for an exhibition hosted by our client Overkill & Sickhouse. Players are able to join and leave the game at any moment they wish, true seamless expo mode gameplay. My role for this project was of a Technical Designer, along with leading responsibilities of handing out the correct tasks to the correct people. I worked pretty much everywhere and was the one to put everything together. Some notable tasks were the Shader's, VFX, General Visuals, Animation Rigging the Tongue Hook ability, Optimizations, Coding Game mechanics and Gameplay loop.
Nuke vs Atom Breakout
2 Player versus Arcade racing game. I was responsible for creating the Controller using an Arduino board and found a unique way to make a controller using hamster wheels. I was also responsible for prototyping, social media solutions and design elements and a Trailer.
Drink' N 'Game
In this Project we tried to solve a problem of the lack of social interaction through going to bars at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic and lock downs. In this project I was responsible for design choices, Trailer, icons and other assets in the game and the design document.
Blood Hour
Humble beginnings, Blood hour was my first project. It was a board game based on the game Dead by Daylight. It was a 4 vs 1 game with people needing to work together to win. In this project I was responsible for cutting and laser etching the tokens, the trailer, the board and the box.
About me
My interest in game design began with Halo Forge-Mode , I learnt a lot about world building, balancing, and more from that at a young age and it planted a seed. While I went through the years I gained a large interest in visual art and in video games in general with the biggest influence being Halo and its Forge map creator but also created adventure maps in Minecraft. This all resulted in me finding Unity and Unreal during my High school years and immediately falling in love with the creative process of Game design.
